KFC Australia operator reports 6.7% lift in total company sales

The increase was mainly driven by a surge in same-store sales across all markets.

Collins Foods Limited reported an increase of 6.7% in total company sales, driven by KFC same-store sales growth in all markets for the first 18 weeks of FY2025, starting 28 April 2025 to 31 August 2025.

Total sales in KFC Australia increased by 5.1%, in the Netherlands by 4.8%, and in Germany by 8.4%.

Same-store sales growth in Australia increased by 2.3%, the Netherlands by 1.2%, and Germany by 5.8%

The group said improved performance through the period was underpinned by a sharper focus on execution in restaurants and impactful product innovation.

In its FY2025 full-year update, Collins Foods reported a statutory net profit after tax drop of 88.5% to $8.8m for the year ending 27 April 2025.

Collins Foods reaffirms its FY2026 guidance, targeting year-on-year underlying NPAT growth in the low to mid-teens, on a percentage basis.
