Ghida Alsultan buys Simple Burger in $6.35m takeover

Parent company of Sultan Delight Burger expands fast food empire with a three-instalment acquisition deal.

Saudi fast-food restaurant business Ghida Alsultan has bought Simple Burger for $6.35m (SAR23.8m).

Under the agreement, the payment will be made in three instalments.

Ghida Alsultan is the mother company of brands like Sultan Delight Burger, Foil Burger, and TNDR, and owns over 60 restaurants.

Meanwhile, Simple Burger is a rapidly rising burger chain established in 2022. It currently only has two restaurants but has seen an increase in revenue from $2.93m (SAR11m) in 2023 to $5.08m (SAR19.07) in 2025.
