Orders can still be taken through delivery aggregators.

In a statement, published on their social media page, Dairy Queen Philippines said its franchise owner, The Araneta Group of Companies, is addressing a cybersecurity incident first detected on 28 November 2025 that has affected several of its key units, including the ice cream chain.

“We take this matter seriously and have launched an investigation, including international cybersecurity experts with long experience in these matters, to better understand the scope of the incident,” Dairy Queen Philippines said.

It also said that it has implemented protocols, in addition to enhanced security measures, in order to protect its system against threats.
