Berjaya Foods posts $69.7m net loss in FY2025

Basic loss per share was at $0.04 (RM0.1648).

Berjaya Foods posted a net loss of $69.7m (RM294.9m) for the financial year ended 30 June 2025 (FY2025).

The group’s revenue came in at $112.7m (RM476.77m).

The company attributed the weaker sales to subdued consumer spending linked to the ongoing Middle East conflict.

The group said in its financial report that the management will be required to make the necessary impairment provision to PPE and ROU assets arising from the downsizing of Starbucks Malaysia's operations.

Basic loss per share was at $0.04 (RM0.1648).

Berjaya Food operates Starbucks in Malaysia and Brunei, Kenny Rogers Roasters in Malaysia, and Paris Baguette in the Philippines.
