KFC names Maria Cacciapuoti as Global COO
She will oversee the company's global operations and franchise partnerships.
KFC Global has appointed Maria Cacciapuoti as its chief operations officer (COO), effective 1 September 2026.
She will report to CEO Scott Mezvinsky.
Cacciapuoti will oversee the company's global operations and work with franchisees on restaurant operations and customer experience initiatives.
She joined KFC in 2015 and has held leadership positions across several markets, including Italy, Iberia, Western Europe, Central and Eastern Europe, and most recently North Asia.
Before joining KFC, she held roles at McDonald's, Autogrill, and Librerie Feltrinelli.
Cacciapuoti has more than 20 years of experience in the restaurant and retail sectors, with a background spanning operations, finance, franchising and general management.
