SIDES opens first Scottish restaurant in Glasgow
Further sites are planned in Livingston and Edinburgh, with additional UK openings in Cardiff and Liverpool.
SIDES opened its first restaurant in Scotland at Glasgow's St. Enoch Centre on 9 June.
To mark the launch, the company staged an "On-Set Live Beam" activation, which it described as a UK first.
Members of the Sidemen appeared in the restaurant through an interactive hologram system, allowing them to interact with customers remotely from a filming location.
Pop group December 10 took part in the opening event, joining the ribbon-cutting ceremony and meeting customers. Members of the band also assisted with serving food during the launch.
Ahead of the opening, SIDES organised a "Keys to the Kitchen" scavenger hunt across Glasgow.
Seven golden keys were hidden at locations around the city during the 48 hours before launch.
Participants who found a key and returned it to the restaurant before the 3:15 p.m. opening-day deadline received a pre-loaded SIDES Elite Card worth £200.
The Glasgow restaurant is the first of several planned Scottish locations.
The company said further sites are planned in Livingston and Edinburgh, alongside additional UK openings in Cardiff and Liverpool.
SIDES said it plans to open 15 new restaurants worldwide in 2026 as part of its ongoing expansion.
