Americana Restaurants to open 200 fast food in service stations across the Middle East
The restaurant group has partnered with ADNOC Distribution.
Americana Restaurants has entered into a partnership with petroleum retailer ADNOC Distribution to open up to 200 quick-service restaurants from Americana Restaurants’ portfolio of 12 global brands in service stations across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
The rollout supports ADNOC Distribution’s push into non-fuel retail, as it expands its integrated mobility and convenience destinations across food, EV charging, car care and lifestyle services to meet evolving customer demand.
The agreement also strengthens ADNOC’s “The Hub” concept, which is set to expand to 30 locations across the UAE by 2030. The destination model combines fuel, EV charging, car care and dining, and is forecast to generate $30 million in annual EBITDA by 2030. Americana’s brands will feature across multiple sites, offering dining options at fuel and charging stops.
“As roadside retail continues to evolve, this partnership enables us to transform fuel and mobility hubs into vibrant destination experiences where customers can conveniently enjoy trusted brands, great food, and elevated hospitality on the go,” Mohamed Alabbar, Chairman of Americana Restaurants PLC, said.
