Orders peaked on Fridays, with Thursdays coming in second, and dinner was the busiest time, followed by the evening tea period.

The average order value was 53 SAR.

During Ramadan, ordering habits shifted with daily routines.

The most requested dishes were French fries, Shawayah, and Arabic shawarma.

The single busiest day was 29 March, when 315,000 orders were placed.

On average, customers ordered from 10 different restaurants.

The largest individual order reached 4,768 SAR and included 83 items.
