Luckin Coffee posts $74m net income in Q4 2025

Luckin Coffee reported a net income of $74m (RMB518.2m) for the fourth quarter of 2025.
The company’s net margin fell to 4.1%, compared with 8.8% in the same period last year.
Total net revenues rose 32.9% year-over-year to $1.82b (RMB12.78b).
The increase was largely driven by a 32.8% growth in gross merchandise value, which reached RMB14.8 b, reflecting higher sales volumes from more stores and an increase in monthly active customers.
Revenue from partnership stores grew 39.2% to $406.3m (RMB2.85b), accounting for 22.3% of total revenue.
Basic and diluted net income per ADS stood at $0.24 (RMB1.60).
