Domino’s Pizza Enterprises taps ex-McDonald’s executive as CEO
Andrew Gregory will start at Domino’s no later than 5 August 2026.
Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Ltd. (DPE) announces the appointment of Andrew Gregory as its incoming Group CEO and Managing Director.
Gregory will join Domino’s after completing his current commitments, with a start date no later than 5 August 2026.
DPE operates in 12 markets, including Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, and Cambodia.
Gregory most recently served as Senior Vice President at McDonald’s, overseeing Global Franchising, Development, and Delivery in the US.
Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles, including CEO of McDonald’s ANZ and Senior VP/Chief Support Officer for Supply Chain, Operations, and Development in Japan.
Gregory began at McDonald’s Australia as a crew member and moved into the finance team in 1996.
During the transition, current Executive Chairman Jack Cowin will remain in his role and work with Gregory to ensure a smooth handover.
Domino’s said the leadership change aligns with its focus on franchisee profitability, customer offerings, and shareholder returns worldwide.
