Auntie Anne's owner taps Omer Gajial as new CEO

He succeeds Jim Holthouser, who is retiring after nearly six years in the job.

GoTo Foods, the owner of brands such as Auntie Anne's, Cinnabon, and Jamba, has named Omer Gajial its next CEO, effective 2 December 2025.

He replaces Jim Holthouser, who is retiring after nearly six years in the role.

Gajial has over 20 years of experience in consumer retail. He most recently worked at Albertsons as Chief Merchandising and Digital Officer, where he oversaw merchandising, digital strategy, marketing, loyalty programmes, and retail media for the company’s more than 2,000 stores.

Before that, he held senior positions at Amazon, managing category development and marketplace operations in North America, and at PepsiCo, where he worked on global strategy and marketing across regions including the Middle East, Africa, South Asia and North America.
