UAE foodservice market set to nearly triple to $41.8b by 2033
Dubai remains the UAE’s busiest foodservice hub due to its global business and tourism role.
The UAE’s foodservice market is projected to reach US$41.8b by 2033 from US$15.9b in 2024, with a CAGR of 11.45% from 2025 to 2033, according to Research and Markets’ report.
Urbanisation, high consumer spending, a thriving hospitality scene, international culinary influences, growing restaurant chains, digital ordering trends, and a growing number of health-conscious people are all shaping the market’s rapid expansion.
Government efforts to boost tourism and diversify the economy are also playing a role.
Major operators in the sector include Al Khaja Group of Companies, Alamar Foods, Alghanim Industries and Yusuf A. Alghanim & Sons, Americana Restaurants International, Apparel Group, BinHendi Enterprises, CKE Restaurants Holdings, D.ream International, Emirates Fast Food, and JF Street Food.

YouGov’s UAE Dining Out Report 2025 reveals that buy-one-get-one offers are the biggest draw, with half of diners saying they would encourage them to eat out more.
Discounts appeal to 46% of respondents. Loyalty programmes follow: 34% value points, whilst 29% are motivated by birthday or anniversary perks.
Happy hour deals attract 28%, free starters or desserts 26%, and member-only menu items 20%.
