
Tam Jai Int’l bags HKMA 2025 award for talent development
The group’s “Jeh Jeh Back to School” programme won Silver and Leadership Excellence awards.
Tam Jai International (TJI) received several recognitions at the Hong Kong Management Association’s (HKMA) 2025 Award for Excellence in Training and Development.
The group’s District Manager Leadership Programme, “Jeh Jeh Back to School—Leading Local, Growing Global,” earned a Silver Award and the Excellence in Leadership Development Award in the Campaign category.
Group Talent Development Manager Anki Chan was named Trainer of the Year and Distinguished Trainer, whilst Assistant Talent Development Manager Phoebe Tam received the Outstanding New Trainer award.
TJI operates over 240 restaurants across Mainland China, Singapore, Japan, Australia, and Malaysia, with plans to expand into the Philippines.
Its brands include TamJai Yunnan Mixian, TamJai SamGor Mixian, and international brand TamJai Mixian, as well as the Japanese chains Marugame Seimen and Yakiniku Yamagyu, which it runs in Hong Kong under franchise and licensing agreements.
