
Shake Shack serves up fine dining twist in Regent Hong Kong collab
The menu features the Foie Gras Shack, including a double Angus beef option.
Shake Shack and Regent Hong Kong are teaming up from 12 November to 12 December 2025, combining the burger chain’s signature food with the hotel’s fine dining touch.
The partnership marks the first time a luxury hotel has teamed up with a fast-casual burger brand.
The limited-time menu features the Foie Gras Shack, available in several variations, including a double Angus beef patty option.
Prices range from HK$195 for the basic burger to HK$410 for the most elaborate combo, which pairs the Foie Gras Shack with Shack Caviar Fries—crinkle-cut fries served with crème fraîche bavarois, chives, and caviar.
To mark the launch on 12 November, the first 100 guests who order any Foie Gras Shack will receive an exclusive special-edition goodie bag, co-designed by Shake Shack and Regent Hong Kong.
