foodpanda unveils ‘Hall of Fame’ of local foodie heroes

Ten F&B brands were named in the new initiative.

foodpanda has launched the “Local Foodie Heroes Hall of Fame,” aimed at highlighting ten homegrown food and beverage (F&B) brands in Singapore.

Timed with the nation’s 60th birthday celebrations (SG60), the initiative also includes promotional discounts.

The Hall of Fame recognises a range of Singapore-based F&B operators, such as Ishiro Fusion Bowl, Pastamania, Jinjja Chicken, Nasi Lemak Ayam Taliwang, Thai Dynasty, IRVINS, Yeo’s, and Tiger Beer.

Categories have been assigned to each honouree, including iTEA as the “Most Tea-rific Brew” and OK Chicken Rice as the “Top of the Pecking Order.”

Running from 21 July to 31 August, foodpanda is also offering 30% off select menu items from restaurants.

For paying subscribers to its premium “pandapro” service, the deals extend further with an additional 5% discount on selected restaurant deals on top of existing offers.
