Fast Food tops delivery charts in Saudi cities in Q1

Arabic food was the second most ordered cuisine, particularly in Al Ahsa, Riyadh, and Dammam.

Fast food emerged as the top food delivery choice across Saudi Arabia’s major cities, including Jeddah, Madinah, and Makkah, according to Keeta’s KSA Food Delivery Trends report for Q1.

Riyadh followed closely, still ranking amongst the top.

Arabic food was the second most ordered cuisine, particularly in Al Ahsa, Riyadh, and Dammam, each making around one-fifth of local orders.

Italian cuisine also remained a consistent favourite, regularly appearing in the top five choices across major Saudi cities.

Desserts and beverages also had a significant share, accounting for nearly one in five orders, especially during midday and evening hours.

During the quarter, the biggest individual food order totalled SAR 4,791. One user also made 244 separate orders.
