Dubai-headquartered chicken chain Chicking is opening a new restaurant in Livingston, Scotland, on 26 April at 1B Parkway Retail Park.

The brand will also hold a special grand launch to celebrate, which will include a special offer of £1 chicken burger from noon to 4 PM.

Chicking offers freshly made-to-order chickens that have been marinated for 12 hours. It comes in a variety of options, including original, spicy, and grilled.

Chicking currently has 17 restaurants across the UK and aims to grow to 70 by 2026.
