Tim Hortons announces Malaysia debut

The brand opens its first restaurant in Kuala Lumpur.

Canadian coffee chain will open in Malaysia in August, confirming that its first cafe restaurant will open in Kuala Lumpur.

The move is part of the brand’s expansion plans in Southeast Asia, opening in Singapore last year after Marubeni Growth Capital Asia Pte. Ltd. entered into an exclusive agreement with Tim Hortons Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. to grow the brand

Tim Hortons will feature delectable menu items including the brand’s signature coffee beverages brewed from 100% premium Arabica Beans responsibly sourced through the Enveritas framework, and a diverse selection of baked goods and meal offerings.

For food lovers, Tims offerings would include made-to-order Sourdough Melts and Pasta Bakes, perfectly paired with Signature Lattes, Iced Capp in their iconic Maple and French Vanilla flavours among other classic favourites in the lineup.

Aside from that, the brand will also reveal special curated Malaysia-exclusive menu items that will be revealed at the restaurant’s launch.
