Fast-casual dessert restaurant Caffe Cream eyes UK expansion

The chain aims to take a slice of the £3.9b dessert market.

Ice cream manufacturer, retailer and now fast-casual dessert brand Caffe Cream is ready to launch its franchise for rapid expansion across the UK.

The business was founded by father and son team Justin & Dave Dooley in 2012 when the UK economy was in what was called a “double-dip” recession.

Caffe Cream will offer its brand of high-quality ice cream, cookies, quality teas and coffee.

The company already has four restaurants in operation.
