Megan’s earmarks £5m for staff

The group says they are on track to play a “key role in numerous neighbourhoods” by the end of 2022.

Megan’s announced it has set aside a five million pound ‘Megansza bonus’ to be shared between their team.

The bonus will be shared between their current and future general managers, head chefs, assistant general managers, sous chefs, as well as their support office team.

Megan’s, which currently has 17 locations, said it wishes to “reward and recognise the contribution that their teams have made” after winning a recent award.

The group says they are on track to play a “key role in numerous neighbourhoods” by the end of 2022, including Welwyn Garden City, Richmond and Guilford. Further locations are planned for the next two years where they also plan to introduce the brand to Weybridge, Crouch End and Farnham, as well as Bristol, their first opening outside of South East England.
