Motto Motto expands marketing team with key appointments
This comes as the chain continues to grow, aiming for 30 locations by 2026.
Motto Motto Japanese Kitchen has expanded its marketing team with two new appointments: Holly Barnes as National Marketing Manager and Aleksandra Korf as Marketing Manager.
The moves come as the chain continues to grow, aiming for 30 locations by 2026, and coincide with the opening of its 21st restaurant at Burpengary East in Brisbane’s north this week.
Barnes will lead the brand’s overall marketing strategy, including national campaigns, guest experience initiatives, and long-term brand planning.
Korf will focus on digital marketing, supporting new restaurant launches, local marketing efforts, and network-wide creative execution.
Barnes has more than a decade of experience in multi-site marketing and brand leadership, including senior roles at Zarraffa’s Coffee overseeing national brand strategy, creative direction, digital transformation, and guest engagement.
She has also led franchise marketing and lead generation at DC Strategy and managed projects at Poolwerx Corporation and Australian Sports Nutrition.
Korf brings over seven years of marketing experience, with expertise in digital strategy and creative execution.
She previously served as marketing manager at The Yiros Shop, where she established the marketing function, implemented a brand refresh, and developed scalable digital and local marketing systems.
