SIDES fried chicken to launch first int'l store in Singapore

The first store will open in June.

Fried chicken chain SIDES has announced it will be opening a new store in Singapore in June, marking the brand's first international expansion.

“Singapore is officially the first international home of SIDES, and we couldn’t be more excited,” said Robin Mehta, CEO of SIDES.

The new store is set to land in Bugis+, a 10-storey shopping mall in the Bugis district of Singapore, with the SIDES plot spanning 114 square metres, offering between 52 and 56 covers.

Whilst the exact Singapore menu is yet to be revealed, customers can expect many of the brand’s cult-favourite offerings.

The opening of SIDES Singapore is expected to be the first in a programme of international expansion in the next year, with the brand aiming to reach 12 stores worldwide by 2026, with a projected revenue of £200m.

SIDES, founded in 2021 by British YouTuber collective the Sidemen, is known for its signature double-dipped, double-coated crispy fried chicken, alongside a menu that includes burgers, wraps, waffle fries, and hand-spun shakes.
