EGGDROP debuts in the Philippines
The brand also plans to open its second store in Bonifacio Global City by early 2025.
South Korean egg sandwich brand EGGDROP opened its first store in the Philippines at SM Mall of Asia in Metro Manila.
“With a young population and rising middle class, the Philippines is the perfect market, especially as Hallyu culture continues to gain momentum,” said Han Kyu-won, head of design and operations at EGGDROP.
“We’ve ensured that the iconic taste of EGGDROP is preserved by maintaining the highest standards, using local supply chains to guarantee freshness whilst supporting Filipino farmers,” Han added.
The brioche buns are crafted with EGGDROP’s Korean recipe, whilst organic eggs and other key ingredients are locally sourced to blend Korean and Filipino influences.
Han also revealed that EGGDROP plans to open its second store in Bonifacio Global City by early 2025.
EGGDROP offers its signature items such as the Garlic Bacon Cheese, Avo Holic, and Mr. Egg.
