Chinese coffee giant Luckin Coffee plans to open in Malaysia, a report by The Edge revealed.
The reported quoted sources that the coffee chain plans to partner with a Bursa Malaysia-listed firm as its local partner with ambitious expansion plans for the next five years.
Headquartered in Xiamen, Luckin Coffee operates more than 18,000 coffee outlets, the bulk of which are in China. Currently, the brand’s only international market is Singapore with 32 locations.
