Aussie premium burger chain Burgertory eyes expansion in Sri Lanka
This comes after its recent launch in India.
Premium Australian burger chain Burgertory is expanding in Sri Lanka in 2025 following the international launch of its restaurant in Hyderabad, India last December.
According to Hash Tayeh, CEO and founder of Burgertory, the brand is aiming to open in Colombo, considered the commercial capital of Sri Lanka.
“Following the excitement of our Hyderabad, India announcement, this milestone reinforces our vision to bring amazing-tasting, ethical burgers to every corner of the globe. Burgertory is more than just a burger joint; it’s a movement—a promise to serve food that tastes incredible and aligns with our values of sustainability and quality,” Tayeh said.
According to the brand’s website, it has 18 restaurants in Australia. The brand plans to open 100 restaurants in India in the next five years, in partnership with Franchise India.
