KFC Singapore celebrates International Burger Day with 1,000 burger giveaway

It is also launching a new app.

Fried chicken chain KFC Singapore is celebrating International Burger Day by giving away 1,000 Smokey Hot Zinger burgers on 28 May.

Customers who want to grab a free burger need only to head to the booth inside of KFC Plaza Singapura between 3 PM to 4 PM, where the first 1,000 visitors will be given a Smokey Hot Burger redemption card.

The Hot Smokey Zinger Burger is made with freshly breaded Signature Zinger fillet made of 100% thigh meat, chicken bacon, cheddar cheese and sweet fresh pickles, finished off with KFC secret sauce and Fiery sauce, sandwiched between soft brioche buns.

New app launch

In addition to the giveaway, KFC Singapore has announced the relaunch of its app on 27 May.

The new app brings with it a sleek and modern UI/UX update that is more intuitive and enables efficient navigation. This is a dramatically improved interface since the KFC App’s first launch in 2015. 

According to the fast food chain, the app promises more exclusive promotions whilst new users can get a sign-up offer of SG$5 with a minimum spend of SG$15 from 1 May until 31 July.

The app is also launching a 1 FOR 1 promotion every week from 27 May to 23 June.
