Jim Bitticks, President & COO of Dave's Hot Chicken, is set to join the upcoming QSR Media Conference & Awards 2025, which brings together senior leaders, operators, and suppliers in Australia to discuss growth strategies and market challenges.

Dave’s Hot Chicken is an American fast-casual restaurant chain founded in 2017. It was recently bought by Subway owner Roark Capital in a deal which was Bill Phelps, CEO of Dave's Hot Chicken called  ‘the next chapter’ in the brand’s story.

Bitticks is set to talk about the brand’s growth from a parking lot pop-up to an international franchise brand backed by celebrity investors such as Usher, Samuel L. Jackson, and Drake.
