Third Wave Coffee launches festive winter menu
The new menu is a product of the brand’s Innovation Lab.
Third Wave Coffee has launched its “Happy Holidays” limited-time winter menu, featuring a lineup led by the Tiramisu Frappe, which has gained viral attention for its presentation that includes an actual piece of tiramisu resting on top.
The range also includes the Tiramisu Latte, Peppermint S’mores Hot Chocolate, Peppermint Mocha Frappe, and festive bakery items such as the S’Mores Chocolate Croissant and Chocolate Raspberry Cake.
The seasonal menu aims to capture nostalgic, indulgent winter flavours while showcasing the café chain’s focus on innovation.
“The Tiramisu Frappe is a great example of how our Innovation Lab pushes boundaries by bringing trending ideas to life in ways that feel elevated, fun and true to the Third Wave Coffee experience,” said CEO Rajat Luthra. “The Winter lineup is designed to bring festive cheer with small but memorable indulgences.”
Third Wave Coffee’s Innovation Lab continues to expand the brand’s beverage and food pipeline, building on this year’s introductions, including Matchas, Bobbles, and festival-themed offerings for Holi and Diwali. The brand has positioned seasonal innovation as a key driver of relevance in India’s fast-evolving café culture.
Alongside the winter menu, the chain has expanded its food offerings with a new all-day breakfast range featuring ABC Juice, Valencia Orange Juice, smoothie bowls, Eggs Kejriwal, the Masala Egg & Cheese Bun, and croissant sandwiches.
