Texas Chicken Singapore unveils limited-time Chef Bob Ayam Percik
It will be available from 2 April to 13 May.
Texas Chicken Singapore has teamed up with chef and TV personality Shahrizal Salleh, also known as Chef Bob, to introduce a limited-time Ayam Percik–inspired flavour.
The recipe is based on charcoal-grilled chicken cooked over coconut husk and coated with a smoky, savoury sauce.
It incorporates ingredients such as lemongrass, tamarind, galangal, turmeric, and chillies.
Chef Bob’s team created a unique blend of natural smoky elements and spices to replicate the classic aroma.
The Ayam Percik flavour will be offered at all Texas Chicken Singapore outlets from 2 April to 13 May 2026.
Menu options include the Chef Bob Ayam Percik Chicken Combo ($12.50), Tenders Combo ($11.50), Burger Combo ($10.50), Buddy Combo ($21.50), and Chicken Box ($26.50).
The launch also coincides with Texas Day on 17 April, marking Texas Chicken Singapore’s 16th year in the market.
The occasion will feature promotions, giveaways, and limited-edition merchandise.
One such item is a 2-in-1 vest that can be converted into a tote bag, given with meal purchases whilst supplies last.
