McDonald’s Singapore unveils Lunar New Year specials

McDonald’s Singapore is rolling out a series of Lunar New Year offerings, including new food bundles and branded merchandise.
A portion of sales will go to charity: for every Prosperity Special meal sold, the company says it will donate 10 cents to Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) Singapore, which supports families with children receiving medical care.
One of the headline items is the Lohei Treasure Box, priced from $28.80.
It includes three large Prosperity Twister Fries, two four-piece McWings, and a 20-piece Chicken McNuggets set, with options for garlic pepper, mixed, or regular nuggets.
Customers who buy a Prosperity Special meal from 22 January will receive a pack of six limited-edition red packets, whilst stocks last.
The packets feature designs of a McDonald’s drink cup, Prosperity Twister Fries, and the Prosperity Beef Burger and include a “Return Reward” card with discounts and deals.
McDonald’s is also selling a line of “Prosperity Pals” plush toys based on its menu items, available at $8.80 each with any meal purchase, subject to availability.
Release dates are staggered: the Twister Fries plush from 29 January, the drink cup from 2 February, and the Prosperity Beef Burger from 5 February.
Members of the MyM loyalty programme will be able to redeem a boxed set containing all three plush toys on 26 January at 3 p.m. via the McDonald’s app, for 2,688 rewards points.
