Domino’s exits print business with $13.5m sale to IVE Group

The sale is expected to be completed later this month.

Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Ltd. has agreed to sell Impressu Print Group to a subsidiary of IVE Group, Australia’s largest marketing company, for about $13.5m in cash.

The sale is expected to be completed later this month.

“Print advertising continues to be an important advertising channel to reach Domino’s customers; however, this sale follows a comprehensive business review, designed to deliver a simpler, more consistent Domino’s, concentrated on our core business,” said Jack Cowin, executive chairman of Domino’s.

Domino’s will continue using Impressu and IVE’s printing and marketing services under a long-term supply agreement.

The company said the deal will not significantly affect its earnings forecast for the 2026 financial year.
