Papa Johns, Google Cloud expand partnership to deliver AI-powered pizza experiences
The collaboration will extend across global markets, including the UK and Europe.
Papa Johns has collaborated with Google Cloud in an expanded multi-year agreement aimed at enhancing its ordering and delivery services through artificial intelligence (AI).
As part of the initiative, Papa Johns has launched an innovation team, PJX, to harness Google Cloud’s AI, machine learning, and data analytics. The goal is to streamline customer interactions across both in-store and digital platforms, creating a more seamless experience.
The partnership is expected to drive growth by increasing order frequency and value, reducing customer service costs, and boosting satisfaction through AI-driven features like a Google Cloud-powered chatbot.
Key projects include hyper-personalised loyalty programs, predictive ordering and personalised marketing, and AI-powered customer interactions, amongst others.
