US cafe chain Black Rock Coffee Bar sold over 14.7 million shares, raising $294m in its initial public offering.

Founded in 2008 in Oregon, the chain has 158 locations across seven states.

The brand is known for its handcrafted coffee, teas, and energy drinks.
