QFM Group sells 21 Costa Coffee outlets to Sim Trava

This brings Sim Trava’s total Costa locations to 80.

Franchise operator QFM Group has sold its 21 Costa Coffee outlets to Sim Trava, ending its 17-year run with the coffee chain.

The deal brings Sim Trava’s total number of Costa Coffee locations to 80, making it the second-largest Costa franchisee in the UK.

Between 2020 and 2021, Sim Trava became the first Costa franchisee to purchase existing Costa stores from Costa Limited.

In 2022, the company acquired 17 stores located across the Preston, Blackpool, and Southport regions.
