Brooklyn Donuts celebrates 20th outlet milestone

The brand specialises in handcrafted Brookyln-style doughnuts

Brooklyn Donuts opened its 20th outlet in Westfield Chatswood, marking a major milestone in the brand’s expansion across Australia.

Founded in 2019 by Queenslanders Adam Sharvell and Dennis Chen, Brooklyn Donuts was inspired by a culinary adventure through Brooklyn, New York. The duo aimed to bring an authentic, premium doughnut experience to Australian shores. Starting with a single store in Chermside, the brand has now expanded across Queensland, New South Wales, and the ACT.

Brooklyn Donuts has distinguished itself by focusing on quality ingredients and innovative flavours. Unlike traditional offerings, their doughnuts feature real ingredients like Belgian chocolate-dipped doughnuts and cream custard made with real milk and cream.
