Wingers roll out new loyalty scheme to drive in-store sales

Customers immediately get £5 worth of points upon signing up.

Wingers has unveiled its new loyalty programme that will reward customers with 50 free points upon signing up.

“We have invested in the development of a bespoke loyalty scheme which is the result of combining industry leading software, POS and order management and linking it with our CRM system. Now, franchisees can easily segment their customers and engage with new, regular and lapsed targets appropriately and locally to drive incremental sales in store. At the same time, customers benefit from one of the ‘quickest to reward’ loyalty schemes in the sector,”  Amran Sunner, co-founder and operations director of Wingers, said.

50 points is equivalent to £5. Customers earn a further 10 points for every £1 spent across sales channels, which they can use to redeem for menu items. Customers would only need to scan their unique QR code at the till or use their QR number when ordering online.

Wingers will also launch regular seasonal rewards and other offers as part of the loyalty programme.
