Buns from Home CEO Shereen Ritchie resigns
Barney Goff, the brand’s founder will take over her position.
Shereen Ritchie, CEO of the bakery chain Buns from Home has announced her departure from the business.
Ritchie, who took up the post in 2023, was previously the managing director of the healthy fast-food brand LEON.
“Nearly 2 years ago, I had no idea of the magnitude and opportunity of the adventure I was about to go on. Buns has been a whirlwind of growth, brand building and most importantly…show-stopping fun! It is with love and pride that I will be handing the reigns back to Barney, the brand’s founder, in what is a full circle moment for buns from home. An incredible amount of work has been done in two years. Model restructures, massive economic improvements, franchise playbooks, cookbook deals, retail set ups, merchandise plans, and just a few sites opened! None of this would have been possible without the incredible buns team who I am so grateful for,” Ritchie posted on LinkedIn.
Buns From Home is a London-based bakery renowned for its hand-rolled croissant buns. Founded in March 2020 in Notting Hill, it has expanded to multiple locations across the city.
