Moe’s Casa Mexicana debuts first global flagship in India
It will open its first outlet at Elan Miracle on 6 December.
Moe’s Casa Mexicana—a reworked international version of the US chain Moe’s Southwest Grill—is entering the Indian market through franchise partner Unify Foodworks.
Its first international flagship will open on 6 December 2025 at Elan Miracle, with a second outlet planned for Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj.
The first 50 visitors at the launch will receive gift bags.
“We are thrilled to bring Moe’s Casa Mexicana to New Delhi and make India our first international market,” said Steven Yang, Senior Vice President, APAC at GoTo Foods, parent company of Moe’s Casa Mexicana.
The 139-square-meter flagship features a contemporary design and updated service model.
The menu includes bowls, burritos, tacos, and nachos, along with India-specific additions such as more vegetarian choices and customisable spice levels.
The restaurant will offer dine-in, takeaway, and delivery.
