Marugame Udon opens first restaurant in Dubai

This marks the chain’s expansion into its 11th international market.

Japanese noodle chain Marugame Udon has opened its first branch in Dubai, opening at City Centre Deira, following the partnership between Toridoll Holdings, Opal Food Concepts, and the West Zone Group, with the goal of opening 10 restaurants in the next five years.

The launch, held on 3 July, drew more than 500 visitors. The Dubai outlet features dishes such as Kake Udon and Bukkake Udon, Teriyaki Chicken Udon, and a vegetarian Tantan Udon, alongside sides like Ebi Tempura and vegetable fritters.

The Dubai opening marks Marugame Udon's expansion into its 11th international market, following launches in the US, the UK, Taiwan, Indonesia, and Vietnam.

Toridoll Holdings Corporation operates over 1,300 restaurants globally.
