Katrina Group partners with Lotte GRS to bring LOTTERIA in Singapore

The first store is expected to open by the second quarter of 2025.

Katrina Group Ltd. (Katrina Group), a food and beverage (F&B) and hospitality group, has announced its collaboration with Lotte GRS Co., Ltd. (Lotte GRS) to bring Korea’s hamburger chain, LOTTERIA, to Singapore.

Both parties have signed a non-binding term sheet outlining the key terms of the proposed transaction and are working towards finalising the definitive terms of the franchise.

“Given the brand’s massive popularity in Korea and its emphasis on quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, we are confident that LOTTERIA will resonate with Singaporeans,” said Alan Goh, CEO and Founder of Katrina Group.

Katrina Group will spearhead the opening of multiple LOTTERIA outlets across Singapore, with the first store expected to open by the second quarter of 2025.

Following its debut in 1979, LOTTERIA currently operates more than 1,600 stores across 7 countries.
