Duck Donuts to open in the Philippines

The brand is planning to open 25 outlets over the next six years.

Duck Donuts has signed an area development agreement together with its international franchise partner, Bravo Foods Corp, to open in the Philippines.

The brand said it plans to open 25 outlets over the next six years, with its first one to be located in Makati City, one of the Philippines' biggest business districts.

Duck Donuts specializes in warm, delicious and made-to-order doughnuts. Customers can choose from a variety of topping combinations, including traditional favourites such as chocolate icing with sprinkles and other flavours such as maple icing with bacon.

The brand’s store design offers a viewing area for customers to watch their doughnuts being made. Duck Donuts also sells coffee, espresso, doughnut breakfast sandwiches, doughnut sundaes, and offers online ordering and delivery in many locations.

“We believe that Duck Donuts will resonate with the Filipino community. We are excited to embark on this journey of sweet success in partnership with Bert Bravo and leverage his knowledge of the market and industry as we begin to introduce Duck Donuts throughout the country of the Philippines,” said Betsy Hamm, Duck Donuts CEO.
