The chain plans to open at least 20 new restaurants.
Barcelona-born chain Brunch & Cake plans to open at least 20 new restaurants, expanding across existing markets and four new countries: Greece, Turkey, Kuwait, and Indonesia.
Its first Kuwait outlet is expected to open in Avenues Mall by the third quarter of 2025.
Openings in Istanbul are scheduled for Q2 2026, with an Athens branch expected by mid-2026 and a Bali location scheduled for Q3 2026.
The brand is also deepening its presence in existing markets, including the UAE, Spain, KSA, Bahrain, Egypt, and India.
Upcoming openings include Marbella, Madrid, Hyderabad, and Dubai, where a new branch in Nakheel Mall is set to launch on 3 September 2025.
Brunch & Cake is a casual all-day dining chain, and it first expanded internationally in 2019 with a store in the UAE.
The brand’s global growth is managed by Global Restaurants, co-founded by Amjad Barakat and Jamal Wick, who acquired global rights to Brunch & Cake in 2021 through Innovision Holding and Global Restaurants.
Innovision Holding, the UAE-based company, oversees Brunch & Cake’s operations in the UAE, whilst Global Restaurants is responsible for the brand’s global expansion.
As of now, the chain operates 23 locations: nine in Spain, five in the UAE, three in Egypt, three in Bahrain, two in Saudi Arabia, and one in India.
