Aussie doughnut chain Lukumades opens in Singapore
The brand specialises in Greek doughnuts and coffee.
Australian doughnut chain Lukumades has opened its first franchise outlet in Singapore.
Lukumades first opened in 2016 in a food truck in Melbourne. The brand is known for serving deep-fried Greek doughnuts called loukoumades. Every order is made fresh.
The outlet opened in Bugis and is open Sunday to Thursday from 9 AM to 10 PM. Aside from deep-fried doughnuts, the brand also serves gelatos, juice, shakes, and coffee. Prices range from SG$5 to SG$15.
Before the opening, Lukumades first announced its plans to expand in Singapore in January 2020.
Lukumades operates on a franchise with locations in Australia, UAE, Taiwan, Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia according to its social media page. It is also planning to open in the US and UK.
