Starbucks opens Asia's first reservation only set menu store in Taiwan

Starbucks Taiwan has opened its largest flagship store in the market, the Starbucks Reserve Dream Plaza Taipei, located in the Xinyi District.
A key feature is the Siren’s Lounge, a first-of-its-kind concept in the Asia-Pacific region offering a set menu-only, reservations-based experience.
Created in collaboration with chef André Chiang, the exclusive tasting menu is paired with mocktails and cocktails such as the “VSOP Brandy Espresso Bliss” and “Reserve Coffee Manhattan.”
The store also features a Mixology Bar where baristas prepare drinks tableside. Highlights include the coffee-based cocktails like the “Espresso Martini Flight,” “Brandy Espresso Bliss,” and the “No. 11 Songgao Rd.”, a locally inspired cocktail made with Kinmen sorghum liquor and cold brew.
Beyond drinks, the space includes two new interactive areas—the Sensory Room and Coffee Experience Room—where staff and visiting experts will lead tastings and coffee workshops.
The store also debuts Taiwan’s first standalone Teavana bar. Moreover, it also features a curated art program with work from both Taiwanese and international artists, tying the space to local culture.
