Korean street food brand Bunsik unveils new veggie option

The brand is releasing it in time for the opening of its fifth location.

Bunsik will debut its first vegetarian menu offering in response to changing consumer tastes.

Called the Veggie Burger, the release of the new menu will be featured alongside the launch of its fifth outlet, located in London at Westfield Stratford City this December.

The new Bunsik location is located within the bustling food court on the lower ground level and makes use of the shared seating area. Bunsik's will be the first and only Korean restaurant within the shopping centre.

Aside from the new vegetarian option, the location will feature Bunsik’s signature Korean street food classics, including Korean Corn Dogs, for which the brand is famed on social media, Kimbap, Ddukbokki, and Korean Fried Chicken. Plus, a variety of bubble teas.

Bunsik is a brand owned by Maguro Group. The group specialises in hospitality and has five restaurants, a cosmetic retail, and a spa under its banner.
