Alshaya launches Chipotle’s first ‘Chipotlane’ in the Gulf

The drive-thru lane allows pre-ordered pickup without guests leaving their cars.

Alshaya Group, master franchisee of Chipotle, has announced the first launch of the Chipotlane outside of North America, a drive-thru pickup lane that allows customers to take their preordered meals without leaving their cars.

The new Chipotlane is located at Bneid AlGar, Kuwait and provides guests with the full Chipotle menu

According to Alshaya, this format strengthens the guest offer and signals the brand’s commitment to introducing world-class dining formats to the Gulf region.

“Launching the first Chipotlane in Kuwait is a proud milestone for our partnership with Chipotle and a testament to the growing demand for premium, innovative dining experiences in the region. We’re excited to bring this industry-defining format to our guests, offering even greater convenience and choice,” John Hadden, CEO of Alshaya Group, said.
