Yum! Brands, NVIDIA partner to accelerate AI-powered operations

It aims to enhance and expand Yum!'s Byte by Yum! platform.

Yum! Brands has partnered with NVIDIA to accelerate the development of innovative AI technologies for Yum! restaurants around the globe.

The technology will enhance and expand Yum!'s Byte by Yum! platform. Through direct collaboration, Yum! deployed NVIDIA AI-powered voice AI agents within three months.

This partnership will leverage NVIDIA NIM microservices—part of NVIDIA AI Enterprise and available on Amazon Web Services—to streamline restaurant operations, enhancing both team member and customer experiences.

Yum! Brands has already started piloting multiple AI solutions by NVIDIA in select Taco Bell and Pizza Hut locations in the US.
