Pizza Hut starts campaign to find 350 franchise partners

The move is months of consecutive same store growth.

Pizza Hut Australia has launched a campaign to recruit 350 new franchise partners, part of an long-standing expansion plan to establish around 500 outlets and double sales by 2025.

CEO Phil Reed made the announcement on his official LinkedIn, also mentioning the chain’s first next generation DelCo Restaurant’s sales performance in its first week of trading.

The move is backed by 36 months of consecutive same store growth, with the pizza chain aiming to double sales — from a quarter of a billion to half a billion — by 2025.

Pizza Hut is understood to already have a specific plan for store formats and locations as a result of the franchising campaign, confident its focus in digitizing the business in past years and investment of parent company Allegro Funds will pay off.
