
Men over 40 are the most ready franchise investors—report
This is despite the 3% increase in women franchisees.
Men aged 40 and over are the most engaged and ready-to-invest prospective franchisees, according to TFM Digital’s quarterly New Future Franchisee report released in Melbourne, Australia on 21 October.
This is amongst high-value candidates—those with more than $100,000 in savings and an appetite to invest—even as the overall pipeline shrank by almost 6% and the share of women rose 3%
The research found that those high-income earners who are recently divorced represent a prime, but complex audience segment.
The challenge is motivating prospects to leave career security for the freedom and earning potential within franchise business ownership.
