Domino’s Pizza Enterprises expands partnership with Uber Eats

The partnership could also expand to other markets.

The operator of Domino’s in multiple international markets, Domino’s Pizza Enterprises (DPE), is expanding its partnership with Uber Eats in Australia and New Zealand

Domino’s customers in Australia and New Zealand can already order via Uber Eats with Domino’s delivery. Still, the new Uber Direct partnership will allow stores to stay open longer by using Uber’s delivery network for extended hours.

This means Domino’s stores can also meet demands for early morning and late night delivery. DPE said this will also enable them to cater to periods of spikes in demand, such as major sporting events.

The move comes after a successful trial across 20 restaurants in Australia.

DPE said they are also trialing this system in markets such as Taiwan and Japan, with other regional markets like Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Singapore and Cambodia to soon follow.
